What I need from this project: MovingFraud.com
Definitions:
CUSTOMER = person placing a complaint, business owner responded to complaint
VISITOR = any person shopping or researching about moving companies before the pick a moving company
OWNERS = Bad moving company owners or Bad moving company
CUSTOMER PANEL = After posting a complaint, customer can login, and submit to search engine complaint page, update profile, edit complaint...etc
Owner Email alert = movingfraud.com will email "moving company's owner" every time a visitor on movingfraud.com review a complaint about the "owners"
CUSTOMER EMAIL ALERT = movingfraud.com will email customer to let them know other people www are READ there complaints about bad owners

What is mission of site:
1. Movingfraud.com is a place were CUSTOMERS will come and post about BAD MOVING COMPANIES.
2. Movingfraud.com will help the CUSTOMER get their money back, by posting the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PAGE ON THE WWW. Plus, we help CUSTOMER by email "owner (bad companies)" every time, someone has visited the "customer's complaint page on movingfraud.com.
3. Movingfraud.com will help VISITORS WHO ARE SHOPPING FOR A MOVING COMPANY FOR THERE UPCOMING MOVE because they can see complaints against moving companies. Therefore, VISITOR can make a better informed choose on which mover is the best for their needs.

What I want from the site in summery:
1. I want full automatic website coded in php and mysql.
2. Website need to be SEO FRIENDLY,
example, Example, www.movingfrauld.com/2007/sept/filename.php (filename= posting name, that customer will give to there POSTING. This can be taken from “title of complaint” that custom will give to script.
a. I want to edit all META TAGS in main web pages, and CMS WEB PAGES.
b. each complaint page will have different meta tags
c. every page will have different meta tags
d. Site Map Dump = I want a sitemap that will dump OR LIST ALL CMS PAGE, COMPLAINT PAGES, ON MOVINGFRAUD.COM (this will not be delete every year. I state above, I want all listing to expire I one year, however, in sitemap all complaint will LAST FOR EVER.
2. I need an admin panel where I can edit ALL OF THE SITES FUNCTIONS:
a. I want to edit ALL EMAILS SENT FROM SCRIPT IN ADMIN (SMART TAGS)
b. I want to edit website content page (CMS), I want to add/edit/delete..etc
c. I want to be able to add “cat and subcat” for complaints, move them up/down
d. NEED option, to make site FREE OR PAY
I. If free, then complaints are posted for free.
If pay is selected, I need a field in admin so I can SET PRICE for each complaint posted
ii. I need option, were I can pick to have site AS FREE SITE, OR HAVE SITE AS A PAY SITE
iii. I need setup for “paypal”
3. I want to export all data from owners and customer in excel in different spreadsheets.
4. I want site to be spam proof.
a. Before posting a complaint, CUSTOMER need to input "code" from sever to reduce spam
b. Then after posting, SCRIPT WILL sent CUSTOMER email, which after customer click on it, then it will go to movingfraud.com to complete verification, and COMPLAINT PAGE TO GO LIVE!

1. CUSTOMER Panel
A. customer will pick there own username, which will be their emails address
B. Customer will pick their own password. I DO NOT WANT A AUTO GENERATED PASSWORD. I WANT CUSTOMER TO PICK THEIR OWN PASSWORD, AND SCRIPT WILL REMEMBER
c. Customer can submit COMPLAINT PAGE TO search engine IN THEIR CUSTOMER PANEL,
2. Email alerts:
A. owner alert = movingfraud.com will sent "business owner" an email EVERYTHING someone comes to CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PAGE, ABOUT THE OWNERS COMPANY. (in other words, if owner owns company X, and customer compliant about company X, then owner of company X will get "owners email alert" EVERY TIME A VISITOR read a CUSTOMER complaint page about there company X.) OWNER CA NOT TURN OFF THIS FUNCTIONS! IN OTHER WORDS. Sends an e-mail message to the company your are complaining about every time your complaint is viewed.
B. Customer alert emails = movingfraud.com will sent "customer" an email saying "visitor" just look at there complaint. (customer can go into admin panel, and change if they want to receive this 'customer alert email". (HOWEVER, OWNER CAN NOT DO THIS FUNCTION.
3. BANNER MARKETING,
a. I want to personal upload banner for Marketers on my site.
4. CUSTOMERS can update their original complaint WITH IN ONE YEAR
5. FORGET PASSWORD FUNCTION FOR ADMIN CUSTOMER PANEL
6. NEED A "lost your complaint update link?" FUNCTION:
Customer fills out e-mail address box and a new link will immediately be sent to you.

8. SEARCH function on website to search for "complaints, companies, ..etc".
